This includes processing data to evaluate applicants at their request and providing a service to participants before, during and after the programme. Personal data processed includes applicant and participant details and contact information sent to us via forms on our website or other forms and other sources, including other organizers. Fields marked as required are necessary to provide a service to you.
We process the training programme data in joint controllership with our partner organisations: ARTCENA, Arts and Theatre Institute, CircusInfo Finland, Danscentrum Sverige, Institut Ramon Llull, Lithuanian Dance Information Centre and Performing Arts Hub Norway. The partner organisations will participate in evaluating applications and applicants.
We retain the necessary data for the duration required to organize, develop and evaluate the training programme or to provide services to participants and applicants.
